  • Uranium processing plants on Akdala, Yuzhnyi Inkai, Tsentralnyi Mynkuduk, Horasan-1 and Irkol, 2007- 2008.
    The automated control system of technological process provides the management/operation/functioning of product solutions, filter stations and precipitation of natural uranium, storages of liquid chemical agents, technological pumping stations. The dispatch and automation system of geotechnological field provides the control of solutions’ consumption at production and injection wells, automatic adjustment of sulphuric acid supply on header house’s mixer
  • Information and measuring system of Molodyozhnaya mine, Donskoi GOK (mining and concentration complex) of Kazkhrom TNK JSC, 2008
    The information and measuring system provides the control of 7 mine objects. The measured information about technological parameters value and objects’ condition is transmitted on workplaces of dispatchers responsible for mining and power. The data from over ground objects are transmitted by means of Satelline radio modems, the data from underground objects are transmitted through dedicated line by means of SINAUT 7. The information collection and processing executes by S400 and S300 (Siemens) hardware and software suite
  • MOINKUM-500 Uranium Recycling Plant, Katko JV Ltd.
    Detailed design of automated control system of upper level was worked out of control the technological process of uranium sorption and desorption in efficient solution using Simatic CPU 414-H controllers.
  • Distillate Producing and Industrial Heating Water Supply plant. MAEK-Kazatomprom, Aktau.
    The plant desalts sea water and supplies 3 heating electrical stations with distillate and provides technical and potable water for Aktau. The automated control system of technological process of the whole plant, including 5 distilling and distilling units, renewed using redundant H-system on the basis of SIMANTIC 400, CPU 417-H and CPU 414-H and PCS7 software, 6.0 version. Frequency transmitters were used for pumping unit control.
  • Oil-loading terminal of MOBOLEX JSC, Aktau
    Oil-loading terminal unloads tank oil from railroads tank cars to intermediate containers and transfers it into tankers. Project adaptation, kitting, software engineering and startup-setup operations of automated control system of technological process at the Tank farm/Storage plant carried out. Automated control system of technological process equipped with Sematic CPU 414 redundant controllers. Radar level meters
  • Automation of control system of fluid-bed furnace (pseudoliquid phase).
    Kitting, software engineering and startup-setup operations carried out. For the firs time the system redundancy on the basis of SIMATIC 300 controllers was applied. Frequency transmitters were used to control exhausters and zinc concentrate feed-dosing device.
  • Stepnogorski Mining-and-Chemical Complex Ltd.
    Automated information and measuring system of energy resources accounting worked out and implemented. Electric meters from national «Saiman» company and hardware platforms from German «Siemens» company used in the system.
  • Northern Buzachi-Karazhanbas oil pipe line, Kaztransoil JSC
    Project adaptation, kitting, software engineering and startup-setup operations of automated control system of technological process carried out. Fist time in Kazakhstan all gauges and valve framing with PROFIBUS-PA interface that reduced mounting and startup-setup operations and also increased the system reliability.
  • Sea-crafts refueling station, naval operations support centre in Bautino.
    Project of mounting and startup-setup operation prepared. Software worked out.
  • Gas Generation Plant of Aluminium of Kazakhstan JSC, Pavlodar.
    Gas Generation Plant designed for extraction of generating gas from black coal in order to replace fuel material-mazut in the technological process of calcination-aluminium hydroxide breaking up. Detailed design, software engineering, kitting, cabinets mounting and preparation for startup-setup operations of automated control system of technological process of the upper level carried out for four gas generating and auxiliary equipment of Gas Generating Plant.   • Tank farm of Kazakhturkmunai Ltd.
    Automated control system of technological process was worked out And implemented using radar level meter.
